A clean property is one that tenant’s will want to continue living at! We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services for your apartment property. This includes:
Cleaning of all common spaces, cobweb removal, wiping of railings, sweep/vacuum floors, mop, laundry room cleaning, trash pick up on property.
Rates are based on size of property and frequency. Please call us for an estimate.
Move Out/Deep Clean/Spiff
We are here to handle all the dirty work that comes with getting a place ready for a new tenant. Our service includes:
Light fixtures, appliances, cabinets, counters, dusting of blinds, baseboards, sinks, tub/shower, vacuum and mop. Extra services upon request.
Spiff cleaning can be done before or between an apartment or real estate showing. Also we can do this light cleaning just before a tenet moves in so that everything is shiny and smudge free!
Real Estate
You won’t have to worry about the cleanliness of a home after we have been through it! We offer deep cleaning when an owner moves out, or a quick spot clean just before a showing.

Residential Cleaning
We offer a customizable cleaning for your home based off what your family needs in terms of frequency and tasks. Health and safety is a top concern for us, so we are vaccinated and boosted. We will not come to your home if we have tested positive for COVID within 5 days of our scheduled time.
